  Before we help you find a mentor, let us explain what a mentee is!

  A mentee wants to learn. A mentee has an interest in an area of business and life and, just the like the mentor, is committing to creating availability in their schedule for guidance and counsel. A mentee could be of any age and simply developing a passion or interest in a specific subject matter or role in business or community that a trusted mentor can advise.
  A Mentorship Works mentee is expected to follow through on commitments of communication and meetings. Just like anything in life, you get out what you put in.
