Berkeley grad with an MBA from UCLA Anderson, Summers leads strategic masterminds and executive development groups including Santa Barbara Entrepreneur Advantage, and serves as Entrepreneur in Residence at Noospheric. As Chairman of Santa Barbara Entrepreneur, Summers brings her experience as the founder of UCLA Anderson EDGE, offering rigorous business education to graduate and undergraduate students. A lecturer for UCLA Anderson, and instructor for UCLA Extension, in Social Media Marketing and Leadership Strategy, Summers brings a rigorous and tactical path to growth. Summers is the founder of a natural product care line and has run successful crowd funding campaigns. Summers is a nine time marathoner, four time Olympic distance triathlete, Kilimanjaro climber, wife, parent, and ocean swimmer. Her passion for endorphins and inspiration are her driving force for helping businesses achieve their goals.

John Osley

John leads the Product Marketing and Business Development group at a fast growing global provider of I.T. Solutions based here in Santa Barbara. As a technology executive in the computer networking industry, John has extensive sales, marketing, and channel experience – most notably over 10 years at Cisco Systems. John graduated from UC Riverside with a B.S. in Business Administration and completed his MBA at Pepperdine University. John was attracted to the Mentorship Works community by the opportunity it presents to help others while growing one’s self at the same time.

Jacques Habra is an award winning serial entrepreneur who has helped launch 8 companies and negotiated 5 successful exits. Jacques is an active community member serving on several boards including the MIT Enterprise Forum, Arthritis Foundation Leadership Council, Westmont College Foundation, and Santa Barbara City College Foundation. David Machacek
Board Member
David W Machacek leads the Santa Barbara office of Independent Capital Management, a financial services firm offering retirement planning, investment management, insurance and estate planning services. A former educator and not-for-profit leader, David has extensive experience supporting young professionals in their personal and career development. David holds a Ph.D. in Religious Studies from UCSB. He has taught at UCSB, UC Riverside, and Trinity College in Hartford, CT. In 2005, he joined Humanity in Action, an international not-for-profit organization devoted to training emerging civic leaders in the field of minority issues and human rights. He served as the organization’s chief operating officer from 2007 to 2009.
